This is something I never talk about publicly because, well, it hurts. Sometimes your heart doesn't break, it shatters.
After struggling for a long time I finally started a forgiveness practice that transformed me into what felt like a new, lighter person. It's not easy and it's not fun, but it's simple and worked for me. Perhaps it will work for you too :)
